Arsenal and Wales international Aaron Ramsey could be on his way to Italian League as Lazio show interest in his signature.

Ramsey has been on the book of the Gunners since 2008 but his time at the North London club could be over this summer as he is out of contract with the club.

Though Arsenal hierarchy have offered him a new contract but the Welshman has reportedly turned down the offer, hoping to move to a new club where he would be featured more regularly in the upcoming season.

According to the Telegraph, Lazio are hoping to lure the midfielder to their clubs so as to serves as Milinko-Savic’s replacement before the start of next season.

Milinko-Savic is set to complete his switch to Old Trafford immediately after the summer World Cup as he has reportedly reached an agreement with the Red Devils last month.

Italian media publication Corriere Dello Sport also confirmed that the Serie A side have speed up their move for the player’s signature so as to beat José Mourinho to his service before the close of this summer transfer market.

This report will surely be a sad one for the Gunners, who are going to ensure the deal didn’t push through. He is valued at £80m by the Gunners as they are willing to scare suitors off his signature.

The Gunners recently lose one of their most experienced players- Jack Wilshere – as free agent and they wouldn’t want to see another senior member of the team leave this summer.
