Barcelona legend Xavi Hernandez says that he’s ready to manage his former club as the pressure continues to mount on manager Ernesto Valverde.
Xavi Hernandez indicated his readiness to manage former teammates like Lionel Messi, Gerard Pique, Sergi Busquets, Luis Suarez and others in a chat with Catalan newspaper Ara.
The ex-Barcelona midfielder is currently the manager of Qatari club Al Sadd.
Xavi Hernandez has had a fantastic start to his career as the Al Sadd manager after he won his first three games.
Al Sadd also scored 13 goals during those three games.
Xavi Hernandez and Al Sadd are also in the Asia Champions League semifinals.

Barcelona manager Ernesto Valverde is under serious pressure after his team performed below expectations in their latest league game at the weekend.
The Spanish champions were beaten 2-0 by newly promoted team Granada.
Nigerian midfielder Ramon Azeez and Alvaro Padillo (penalty) scored the goals for Granada either side of the halftime interval.
It was the second league defeat of the season for Barcelona after the opening day loss to Athletic Bilbao at the San Mames.
Ernesto Valverde has been under pressure to keep his job since Barcelona collapsed against European champions Liverpool in the second leg of their semifinal tie last season.
