Premier League match day 7 predictions and analysis

Saturday

12:30 West Ham vs Man Utd

Everything is wrong right now with Jose Mourinho and his players while it seems Manuel Pellegrini has started seeing what he was paid for since his birthday. The Hammers will test their talisman, Marco Arnautovic, before the match but it is left untold if Pogba’s rift with his boss will see him start in the early kick-off.

Prediction: Both Teams will score.

15:00 Arsenal vs Watford

Arsenal is enjoying the combination of two potent strikers upfront, scoring and conceding goals in 5 Premier League games before keeping their first clean sheet against Everton. Watford have solidly made themselves difficult to beat but Arsenal have a great depth in their squad.

Prediction: Home win

15:00 Everton vs Fulham

Everton started really well even though they struggle in the nonchalant act by their own Brazilian Richarlison who got reckless red car against Bournemouth. His coming back did not change Arsenal’s result last week albeit he has a way of playing well in front of his fans. Fulham have a conservative style of playing but beyond doubt, it may not suite them at Goodison Park.

Prediction: Both Teams will Score

15:00 Huddersfield vs Tottenham

It is now glaring that Kirklees Stadium will gradually become empty as it appears that Huddersfield are looking like they may not escape relegation as they did last season. Playing against Pochettino’s men who picked up points last week would require more of the same from their boss.

Prediction: Away win

15:00 Manchester City vs Brighton

City are still chasing the first position while they face Brighton in another encounter that would see them the most favourite to win this one with few goals before travelling to Hofffeinham next week.

Prediction: Home win

15:00 Newcastle United vs Leicester City

I feel for Rafael Benitez’s men. They’ve not been so lucky even at the point when they ought to have claimed all three points against Cardiff City before Kennedy stepped in his boss’s disappointment. Claude Poel has been fantastic as well but his away form has not been too resounding so I think it will be grim for both coaches.

Prediction: Under 2.5 Goals

15:00 Wolves vs Southampton

Nuno has entertained his fans in Molineux Stadium after seeing a 1-all draw against the City side; Traveling to Old Trafford as well where they showed that they would always play their game. Playing against the Southampton sides will never be a write-off because Hughes’ men are as good as well.

Prediction: Draw

17:30 Chelsea vs Liverpool

Two teams who met on Wednesday will lock horns in a more serious version as the Reds will seek to revenge the loss. I saw the way Moreno allowed Hazard get passed him before firing the blazing shot, of which Robertson would have been very difficult to beat. We would see a more aggressive Liverpool as Klopp makes suitable changes. No doubt Sarri’s men can break any defense. I But I have a reservation if any chance will lead to goal this time around.

Prediction: Under2.5Goals

Sunday

16:00 Cardiff City vs Burnley

Both will defend here so I am tentative about if any of them would open up easily even though the visitors got a cogent victory against the Cherries last week.

Prediction: Under2.5Goals

Monday

20:00 Bournemouth vs Crystal Palace

The Cherries have been in flying form but no one knew why they lost to out of form Burnley last week. Albeit, they would need to convince their fans that they’ve learnt lessons, in otherward, they need to stop Wilfried Zaha from scoring as the Ivory coast player is in blistering form.

Prediction: Under2.5 Goals.

Injury: Sarri, pleased with the victory but gloomy over injured star player.
