If true, this device would measure the same thickness as its predecessor (the 5th-Gen). In terms of features, rumors suggest that Apple’s upcoming iPad mini 6 may feature an A14 Bionic chipset and 5G connectivity like their flagship iPhones from last year; these processors power both models along with other devices such as iPad Air.
The rumors surrounding the next-gen mini-tablet have been conflicting. In 2020, Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo suggested that a device with an LED display would be announced late in the year while Ross Young CEO of Display Supply Chain Consultants refuted these claims and said there was no chance for mini LEDs to appear on an iPad Mini 6 this year.
Now it seems like Mr. Young’s statements were more accurate as we all know now what will really happen!
Should you Wait for the iPad Mini 6?
The iPad mini 6 is set to be released soon. Here are the best reasons to wait for it and skip other options:
