It is believed that English Premier League outfit Man United will step down their chase of Barcelona winger Ousmane Dembele after the Spanish giants lost Ansu Fati to injury.
It is confirmed that Ansu Fati will be out of action for about four months with a meniscus tear, and according to Sport.
The Red Devils have been in the chase of the French forward and were expected to make a move for him in the summer transfer window after failing to agree on terms with Borussia Dortmund for Jadon Sancho but he insisted on staying at the club.
Ousmane Dembele wasted to stay with the Catalans but has been told that he is not a priority for new manager Ronald Norman. He was asked to leave but he refused to.

With the lack of playing time, Ousmane Dembele might have decided to leave in the January transfer window with Man United still interested but a move will not happen again.
Ansu Fati has been hit with a serious injury and has to be replaced and the next man to his role which means he will no longer have a need to leave the club as he would be needed until the teenager recovers.
Ousmane Dembele is under contract at Camp Nou until 2022. The former Borussia Dortmund winger might have a need for extend his contract with the club or monitor the situation before making the decision.
Man United still have need for a winger and are tipped to return to their summer target, Jadon Sancho in the coming window.
However, the Red Devils now have competitors for the signature of the England international winger. He is now wanted by top European clubs. It is his decision to make on his destination.
It is yet to be seen if £108 million will remain the asking price of the winger or not.
