A host of Premier League clubs are keen on the signature of Nigerian international winger and Villarreal star Samuel Chukwueze and it has been revealed that Man United are a part of them.

The Diamond Academy product in Nigeria joined the Spanish La Liga outfit in 2017 and had his first debut for the club in 2018 with a total of 13 goals and 11 assists in 89 appearances.

According to 90min.com, Man United are among the six Premier League teams that are in the chase of the Spanish La Liga star. Others mentioned to be in the chase of Samuel Chukwueze, including Liverpool, Chelsea, Everton, Leicester City, and Wolves have all shown interest in the Nigerian international winger.

The Red Devils seem to be favoured ahead of others as they are in high need of hiss service ass they were in the last summer target for a new winger which made them insist on the signature of Jadon Sancho but they failed to land him from German Bundesliga outfit Borussia Dortmund.

Samuel Chukwueze could just be the player to replace Jadon Sancho as it is assumed that his asking price will be less than that of the England international winger.

The Nigerian international has started 10 times this season with an impressive performance, scoring a goal as a winger.

He might not be the exact layer wanted by manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer but Samuel Chukwueze is tipped to do what Jadon Sancho would have done and probably do it better with his skills and speed.

However, Man United made an attempt to snap up the signature of Jadon Sancho in the last transfer window but the asking fee of about £108 million could not be met and that kept him at the club until now.

There are claims the Red Devils will return for Jadon Sancho but they can no longer be sure of landing him because he now attracts more suitors.
