Manchester United will reportedly switch attention to Real Madrid attacker Gareth Bale if they can’t sign Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund this summer.
According to the Daily Star, Bale is expected to leave Real Madrid this summer after growing frustrated with his lack of match action in the Spanish capital and Manchester United could be his next destination.
Gareth Bale was previously targeted by Manchester United but the Red Devils were not able to sign him. The Welsh international opted to join Real Madrid ahead of Manchester United in the summer of 2013 for a then world-record fee of £85m.

Manchester United and former manager Jose Mourinho wanted to sign Bale in 2017 but the player decided to stay at Real Madrid.
Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho is the long-term target for Manchester United these days but they have not been able to reach the £108m asking price for the England international.
For Bale, Real Madrid will let him go according to the report mentioned above if they can get just £15m. He has two years left on his existing deal at the Estadio Santiago Bernebeu.
He earns around £600,000 on a weekly basis and Real Madrid are ready to foot half of the salary for him to join the Red Devils.
