It seems to be confirmed that Egyptian international Mohamed Elneny will be leaving North London club Arsenal this summer transfer window but his destination is still unworn as he has a number of options and he’s yet to make his decision.
Mohamed Elneny spent last season on loan with Turkish outfit Besiktas and is already attracting interest from a host of clubs in the league which makes a return a possibility but with the offers he is receiving in the Italian Serie A, he seems to be considering.

Tutto Mercarto Web reports that Mohamed Elneny is attracting interest from Serie A outfit Sampdoria as they are keen to land him on a season-long loan deal.
The North London outfit seek to part ways with the Egyptian on a permanent basis and will only consider that option ahead of loan offers as the player still has an existing contract with the club until 2022.
Following his return from his loan spell, he was part of the Arsenal team that played in the Community Shield game against Liverpool and gave his contribution to the win.
That will not stop him from joining a few players from leaving the club after failing to impress manager Mikel Arteta in the preseason.
