Charlie Nicholas has assured Arsenal fans that Mesut Ozil will not be staying long at the club, and he would leave any moment from now, stressing that the German is destined to leave the club.
Mesut Ozil has not been a regular in the Arsenal team and there are no chances he would be given the opportunity in the coming season with manager Mikel Arteta hoping to work with players that will help him deliver good results.
The issue with Mesut Ozil’s stay at Arsenal is his “ridiculous” wage that needs to be relieved of the club to be able to do more transfer deals and accommodate more players.

Efforts to have the former Real Madrid player leave the Emirates Stadium has continued to fail as he consistently insists on seeing out his current deal with the club. This means he might even leave for free, a situation Arsenal is trying to avoid.
However, Charlie Nicholas is of the opinion that the current happenings at the Emirates Stadium with Mesut Ozil cannot continue, stressing that the player will soon get bored and will seek to leave.
He added that Ozil will not be sitting around with his umbrella under the sunshine for much longer because he will always want to play the game and that is definitely going to force him out.
