West Ham United star Declan Rice has been a subject of speculation to West London outfit Chelsea and a bid is expected to be submitted for his signature when the summer transfer window is finally opened.
But it is feared that the defender could prefer other options after the activity of his on social media. He liked an Instagram post which says “big transfer window” is on the horizon for the Old Trafford club this summer. That has sparked speculations that he might be interested.

Both Chelsea and Man United have been mentioned as suitors for the midfielder, despite claims that the Blues team are favourites as they are both in search of a heavy reinforcement for next season’s challenge.
However, West Ham United are unwilling to part ways with 21-year-old with David Moyes claiming that he expected Declan Rice to go on holiday and return to the club for the preseason program without any transfer.
Noting that the club is willing to keep him for another season, the former Man United manager is also open to the chances of losing him this summer transfer window but stressed that it will only happen in a big-money deal by big clubs.
