Merseyside giants Liverpool have been handed a big injury blow ahead of their league game with Brighton and Hove Albion on Saturday.
This is due to the injury news on star midfielder Fabinho as provided by the Reds.
Brazilian international Fabinho has been ruled out of action till the New Year as a result of the ankle ligaments damage suffered in midweek.
Fabinho went off during the first half of the Champions League game with Italian giants Napoli at home on Wednesday night as the Reds were made to wait for qualification to the next stage.

Liverpool came from behind to record a 1-1 draw with Napoli in their Group E clash thereby taking the race for qualification to the last day.
Fabinho has grown to be one of the first names on the teamsheet since his big money move from French Ligue 1 club AS Monaco last summer and he’ll miss the Brighton game at home on Saturday as well as the other games in the league, Carabao Cup, Champions League and the FIFA Club World Cup.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp talked about the injury setback during his pre-match press conference on Friday afternoon and was bullish about the fact that they can survive the upcoming games without their midfield anchor.
