Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been told to adopt the Jose Mourinho style on his players by former Premier League player Jamie Redknapp.
Redknapp played for Liverpool during his football career and he advised Solskjaer on how to deal with his players while he was speaking via the Daily Mail.
According to him, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer must publicly criticize his players for their part in the disappointing 2-1 loss to Crystal Palace in their league meeting at the weekend.
Reacting to the shock defeat, ex-Liverpool midfielder said that Solskjaer needs to start criticizing his players just like what Jose Mourinho was synonymous for while he still the Manchester United manager.

Jose Mourinho was sacked by Manchester United last season after a poor start to the season especially in the Premier League.
He was replaced by current boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on a temporary basis initially before this full appointment was confirmed.
Solskjaer and his players started the season very well with the 4-0 home thrashing handed out to Chelsea at the end of their latest league meeting.
Manchester United went on to play out a 1-1 draw with hosts Wolverhampton Wanderers before the Crystal Palace game at home which ended in a 2-1 defeat.
