Lampard Fires Back At Mourinho After Criticism

Chelsea manager Frank Lampard has fired back at Jose Mourinho after the Portuguese tactician criticised his team selection for the Premier League opener against rivals Manchester United.
Jose Mourinho talked about Chelsea while he was on Sky Sports as a pundit for the away game at Manchester United.
The Portuguese manager has previously taken charge of both Chelsea and Manchester United.
According to him, Frank Lampard should have named a more experienced team for their opening Premier League game against Manchester United as he singled out the likes of Mason Mount and Frank Lampard.

Frank Lampard played under Jose Mourinho for many years at Chelsea and he was surprised at his criticism of Mason Mount before adding that he doesn’t have to be concerned with what anyone says about his team.
Frank Lampard pointed out that he believes in his team.
The former Derby County manager was left to rue the mistakes from his team defensively despite the fact that they were the better team for 45-60 minutes.
