According to the latest reports emanating from the British media, Arsenal defender Shkodran Mustafi is said to be on his way out of the club on transfer deadline day.
German World Cup winner Mustafi has been transfer-listed at Arsenal and he could follow former club skipper Laurent Koscielny to France.
Koscielny secured a move from Arsenal to French Ligue 1 side Bordeaux in a €5m deal.
The ex-Arsenal captain practically forced the club to sell him to Bordeaux.
For Mustafi, trusted BBC journalist David Ornstein revealed that the German defender will likely leave for French Ligue 1 on a permanent deal or on a loan deal.

The Arsenal centre back has been the subject of loud boos from the Gunners faithful during the preseason and that’s mainly due to his poor performances since he became a Premier League player.
Shkodran Mustafi signed for Arsenal in the summer of 2016.
The former Everton and Sampdoria star left Spanish La Liga club Valencia for Arsenal three years ago in a deal reported to be around £35m.
Mustafi has been linked with a move to French Ligue 1 giants AS Monaco.
The German was part of the Arsenal squad that finished the last Premier League season in fifth position.
