Scottish international James McCarthy and Cenk Tosun are surplus to requirements at Goodison Park.
On their part, Arsenal had a £40m bid rejected for Zaha at the start of July and the £80m asking price from Crystal Palace prompted the Gunners to turn attention to his international teammate Nicolas Pepe.
Arsenal signed Pepe at the end of last month in a club-record deal believed to be around £72m.
Wilfried Zaha scored 11 goals in addition to five assists in the Premier League during the last campaign.
