Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has released a 21-man squad for the Community Shield clash with Liverpool billed for the Wembley Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
Pep Guardiola and his Manchester City team are the defending champions ahead of the game with Liverpool.
Sergio Aguero scored both goals for Manchester City who beat Europa League champions Chelsea 2 – 0 to win last year’s edition of the Community Shield.
Argentina international Aguero has been included in the Manchester City squad after missing a big part of the preseason due to his involvement with his country at this year’s COPA America tournament in Brazil.
Sergio Aguero represented Argentina at the tournament as the two-time world champions finished in the third position as the wait for a major tournament goes on dating back to the 1993 edition of the COPA America.
