Juventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly pushing for the transfer of Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku.
According to the Daily Mail, the Portuguese international skipper wants Lukaku at Juventus before the end of this transfer window.
Romelu Lukaku has been strongly linked with a move to the Italian Serie A this summer and the player has publicly talked about his desire to leave England for Italy.
Inter Milan were the odds-on favorites to sign the Belgian international star but the Nerazzurri have not been able to produce the needed funds to make the transfer happen thus paving the way for Juventus to overtake them in the race to sign the player.

The Nerazzuri have made several bids for Lukaku and they have all been turned down by Manchester United.
Their latest bid was £54m and it was rejected by the Red Devils.
For Juventus, the Italian champions are in the driving seat to sign Lukaku after a swap deal was proposed.
The swap deal will see Lukaku move from Manchester United to Juventus, while Paolo Dybala will move from Juventus to Manchester United.
Romelu Lukaku has spent two years at Manchester United since joining the club from Merseyside giants Everton.
