Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has told the club’s chief executive Ed Woodward to sign Leicester City defender Harry Maguire before the Premier League transfer window ends this summer.
According to the publication from the stables of the Manchester Evening News (MEN), Solskjaer has urged Ed Woodward to sign the Leicester City star as soon as possible.
Leicester City defender Maguire is the top transfer target for Manchester United who are keen to sign a new centre back this summer.
Manchester United conceded a whopping 54 goals in just 38 league games from last season and its not surprising that the Red Devils want to rectify the issues from the last campaign with the signing of a new centre back.

Leicester City have so far frustrated Manchester United in their attempt to sign Harry Maguire.
Their latest bid of £70m was outrightly rejected by the former Premier League champions who are holding out for at least £80m for Harry Maguire.
Leicester City are demanding a world-record transfer fee for Harry Maguire.
The current record is held by Liverpool defender Virgil Van Dijk who joined the Reds from fellow Premier League side Southampton in a £75m deal.
The Dutch international centre back has been a key player for Liverpool since his move from Southampton.
