Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers has provided an update on one of his defenders amidst the transfer rumours linking him with a move away from the King Power Stadium this summer.
Leicester City defender Harry Maguire has emerged as the top transfer target for Manchester United in their quest to sign a new centre back during this summer’s transfer window.
Brendan Rodgers spoke about Harry Maguire in his latest interview with Sky Sports.
According to him, Harry Maguire remains a Leicester City player.
The former Liverpool and Celtic manager also said that the club has turned down bids from clubs for Harry Maguire this summer.

The Leicester City manager said the player’s valuation has not been met by the clubs interested in him.
Apart from Manchester United, Premier League champions Manchester City also made a bid for Harry Maguire.
The Citizens have moved on to other transfer targets after they were priced out of a move for Maguire in their quest to sign a centre back.
Manchester City lost the services of former skipper Vincent Kompany after his contract expired at the end of last season.
Belgian national team defender Kompany has been appointed as the player/manager at Anderlecht FC of Belgium.
