Premier League giants Arsenal are set to announce their second signing of this summer with the transfer of young French defender William Saliba.
According to English journalist James Benge of Football London, the announcement of Saint Etienne defender William Saliba is imminent after the Gunners won the race to sign him ahead of North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur.
William Saliba opted for Arsenal ahead of Tottenham Hotspur after both clubs made the same offer for him.
The Gunners had earlier made a €30m bid for the player before Spurs matched the bid with a better payment and bonus arrangement in the quest to hijack the deal.
