Arsenal Will Release Laurent Koscielny On One Condition

North London giants Arsenal will release wantaway defender Laurent Koscielny this summer on one condition according to Sky Sports.

Arsenal skipper Laurent Koscielny has been down tooled at the club after he was not granted his request to leave the club on a free transfer this summer.

The French international refused to embark on the preseason tour of the United States (US) with the rest of the Arsenal squad.

Sky Sports revealed that Arsenal officials will only let Laurent Koscielny leave the club if their terms are met.

The Frenchman has one year left on his current deal at Arsenal and senior club officials will demand a sizeable fee for him from interested clubs.

French Ligue 1 sides like Lyon, Bordeaux and Rennes are all keen on the Arsenal skipper who has been made to train with the Arsenal youth team as a consequence of his action.

The club has also opened disciplinary proceedings against him due to his no show for the aforementioned US tour.

Laurent Koscielny has been at Arsenal for nine years having joined the club in the summer of 2010.

Since his transfer from Lorient to Arsenal nine years ago, the French defender has made 255 Premier League appearances for the Gunners.
