Leicester City defender Harry Maguire has left the club’s training ground for his medical at Manchester United according to the latest reports emanating from the media in the United Kingdom.
It was revealed that the England international centre back will have his medical before the end of this week.
According to transfer guru Ian McGarry, Harry Maguire has left the France training camp of Leicester City for the United Kingdom (UK) and that his medical will take place in 48 hours.
This is coming on the back of widespread reports that Manchester United have agreed on a world-record transfer for the 26-year-old centre back.
It was revealed that the Red Devils have agreed on a transfer fee of £80m for the player and that will make him the most expensive defender ever.
Harry Maguire has been a key player for Leicester City since his move from Hull City in 2017 shortly after the Tigers were relegated from the Premier League.
Hull City sanctioned his sale two years ago for a fee believed to be around £17m.
Leicester City had earlier slapped a £90m transfer fee on the former Sheffield United player amidst the interest from both Manchester United and Premier League champions Manchester City.
