Italian Serie A giants Inter Milan have started talks with Manchester United in their bid to sign striker Romelu Lukaku this summer.
Serious talks took place between Premier League giants Manchester United and their Italian counterparts on Thursday as both sides try to iron out a deal for Lukaku who has expressed his wish to move to Italy and with Conte and Inter Milan.
Antonio Conte has requested for the signing of Lukaku shortly after he held talks with Inter Milan about becoming their new manager.
He has signed a three-year deal until the end of the 2021/22 season.

Despite the start of talks between Inter Milan officials and Manchester United officials, bad blood from the past could still scupper a deal.
According to Sky Sports, Manchester United might pay Inter Milan back in their coin after their antics prevented the Red Devils from signing Nerazzurri winger Ivan Perisic.
Manchester United tried to sign Perisic in the summer of 2017 but failed to secure the transfer of the Croatian World Cup star just because of €5m.
Inter Milan held on for €50m for Perisic which is just €5m from the €45m bid made by Manchester United while Jose Mourinho was still at Old Trafford.
