Arsenal manager Unai Emery is reportedly targeting as many as four more signings between now and the end of the Premier League transfer window on the 8th of August.
According to the BBC, Unai Emery wants four new players to fill important spots in his starting XI ahead of the new season which kicks off with the away game at Newcastle United in the Premier League.
The Gunners have already signed young Brazilian attacker Gabriel Martinelli while an agreement has been reached for young French centre back William Saliba.
According to various media outlets including BBC, Arsenal have agreed a £27m deal with French Ligue 1 club Saint Etienne for Saliba but the player will return to Saint Etienne for a season-long loan deal upon the completion of his transfer.
With Gabriel Martinelli and William Saliba deals out of the way, Unai Emery and Arsenal want a new left-back, a midfielder, a centre back and a winger.
Arsenal have made Celtic left-back Kieran Tierney their top transfer target for that position.
The Gunners had earlier made an opening £15m bid for Tierney but Celtic are said to be holding out for £25m at least.
Arsenal are also interested in Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha who has an £80m price tag.
