Italian Serie A giants Napoli have reportedly made a transfer decision on Celtic defender Kieran Tierney according to the latest reports coming out of the British media.
Scottish international Kieran Tierney has been a top defensive target for the Gunners this season but the North Londoners are facing stiff competition from Napoli.

Celtic are said to be holding out for Scottish international Tierney who came through the ranks at Celtic Park before making his first team debut for the club.
North London giants Arsenal had earlier showed their seriousness in signing him by making an opening offer of £15m which was immediately rejected by the Scottish champions.
The Gunners then went on to improve their bid to £18m only for them to meet the same response from Celtic who are holding out for £25m.
Arsenal manager Unai Emery has identified left-back as one of the weakest positions in his team and he has decided to bolster it ahead of the new season.
