Italian Serie A giants Juventus have confirmed the signing of French midfielder Adrien Rabiot on a free transfer.

The Italians have signed Rabiot on a free transfer after his contract with French giants Paris Saint Germain (PSG) came to an end in June.

The French international has been given the no. 25 shirt at his new club following the free transfer move.

His signing was confirmed by Juventus via their various social media accounts.

Recent reports had claimed that Adrien Rabiot has agreed a four-year deal worth €7m on a yearly basis in addition to €10m as his sign-on fee.

Liverpool target Rabiot is the second free transfer signing of the summer after Aaron Ramsey who was also unveiled on Monday.

Ramsey left Arsenal last month after the expiration of his contract with the Gunners.

The 28-year-old has put pen to paper on a four-year deal with the Italians until the end of the 2022/23 season.

He will earn £400,000 on a weekly basis thus making him the highest earner from the British footballers.

Aaron Ramsey spent ten years in North London following his move to the Gunners as a teenager in 2008.

Arsenal saw off rivals Manchester United to sign the Welshman a decade ago.
