Manchester United Reject Youri Tielemans Transfer
Premier League giants Manchester United have turned down a move for AS Monaco midfielder Youri Tielemans this summer.
This is according to the publication from TeamTalk which claimed that Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has decided to focus on other midfield targets.
An earlier report from Belgian media outlet DH had revealed that the Red Devils made a bid of £36m (€40m) for Youri Tielemans.
The Belgian international midfielder spent the second half of last season on loan at Premier League side Leicester City and he impressed a great deal for the Foxes whom he helped to secure a top half finish at the end of the latest Premier League campaign.

Youri Tielemans scored three goals and provided two assists in the Premier League during his stay at the King Power Stadium.
Leicester City want a permanent move for the AS Monaco star but the £40m asking price is on the high side for the former Premier League champions.
Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has also concentrated on other midfield targets like Newcastle United star Sean Longstaff and Sporting Lisbon midfielder Bruno Fernandes.
Sean Longstaff was in good form for the Magpies before his injury and he’ll likely set Man Utd back by £30m, while Bruno Fernandes is rated at £70m.
