Italian Serie A giants AC Milan have reportedly made an audacious loan bid to sign Arsenal midfielder Lucas Torreira this summer.
According to the publication from the stables of popular English news outlet Metro, AC Milan want to sign Lucas Torreira on loan this summer.
It was revealed that the Italians want a two-year loan deal for Uruguayan international star Torreira at £4.5m with the option to sign him for £25m at the end of the loan spell in 2015.
Lucas Torreira recently talked about the transfer rumors to AC Milan as he said that the Italians have not contacted him on a move to the San Siro and that his focus is on Arsenal.

The 23-year-old is presently on international duty with the Uruguayan national team at the ongoing COPA America tournament in Brazil.
Lucas Torreira and Uruguay will face Peru in the quarterfinals this weekend.
The petite midfielder became an Arsenal player last summer after the Gunners paid £26m to secure his signing from Italian Serie A side Sampdoria.
The Uruguayan player enjoyed a good working relationship with then Sampdoria manager Marco Giampaolo and he could reunite with the Italian tactician again at AC Milan after his appointment as the new Rossoneri manager earlier this summer.
