Newcastle United confirm the exit of Spanish tactician Rafael Benitez on Monday after three years at the club.
Rafael Benitez was made the Newcastle United manager towards the end of the 2015/16 season.
The former Real Madrid and Liverpool manager signed for the Magpies on a short-term deal at first before it was made permanent shortly after he was unable to prevent the Northeast club from suffering Premier League relegation.
Benitez signed a three-year deal with Newcastle United in the summer of 2016 and he went on to mastermind their promotion to the English top flight in his first full season before securing the 10th and 13th position in the last two seasons.
