Former Chelsea defender Gary Cahill is in the twilight of his career but that has not stopped the interest of some European sides in his signature after leaving Stamford Bridge.
Gary Cahill has been strongly linked with clubs like newly promoted Premier League club Aston Villa, Italian Serie A giants Inter Milan and North London club Arsenal who are in need of massive improvement defensively and the veteran defender can add that to the Gunners rearguard albeit for one or two seasons.
Retired England international Cahill was released at Chelsea this summer upon the expiration of his contract after over seven years at the club.

The 33-year-old central defender signed for Chelsea during the winter transfer window in January 2012.
He signed for the club after Chelsea and Bolton Wanderers agreed to a deal for his transfer.
Gary Cahill went on to win the Champions League title for Chelsea in his first season at the club.
He was the Chelsea skipper for the last two seasons following the exit of club legend and long-serving Blues captain John Terry.
