North London giants Arsenal have found it hard to deliver players in this transfer window due to their lack of finance for transfers.

The Gunners have failed to land any of their targets till date and the latest transfer target to be pursued by the Gunners is Celtic left-back Kieran Tierney and it remains to be seen if it would be the umpteenth time for the North Londoners.

The latest news from the British media is that the Gunners have made a £15m bid for the Scottish national team player.

The said bid was immediately rejected by the Scottish giants who are holding out for at least £25m according to the latest reports coming out of the British media.

If the Gunners can pull off a deal for the 22-year-old defender, he will definitely slide into the team at left-back ahead of the likes of Sead Kolasinac and Nacho Monreal.

Kolasinac and Monreal have not been able to convince Arsenal manager Unai Emery that they are the answer to the left-back issues witnessed during the just concluded campaign.

Arsenal Starting XI (4-3-3): Bernd Leno; Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Sokratis Papasthathopoulos, Rob Holding, Kieran Tierney; Granit Xhaka, Lucas Torreira, Henrikh Mkhitaryan; Mesut Ozil, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Alexandre Lacazette.
