Arsenal manager Unai Emery is keen to boost his squad with wingers ahead of the new season and the two aforementioned players are top targets for the Gunners.
Ryan Fraser is a Scottish international player and the petite winger was in superb form for Bournemouth during the last campaign.
The 25-year-old has a £30m price tag slapped on him despite the fact that he has one year left on his current deal with the Cherries.
He scored seven goals and also provided 14 assists for the South Coast club during the latest league season.
Chinese club Dalian Yifang are also adamant that Yannick-Ferreira Carrasco will not leave the club for a small price with £30m asking price slapped on the winger keen to return to European football after almost two years out.
