West London outfit are on the verge of losing their Italian manager Maurizio Sarri in this summer transfer window as his move to Italian Serie A outfit Juventus is already being finalized.
A lot of names have been linked to replace the former Napoli boss with Frank Lampard also linked, but the Blues hero Gus Poyet has a different opinion as he wants the Italian boss to keep the job for another year.
According to him, Maurizio Sarri has done very well with his Sarriball and also helped the club qualify to the Champions League as well as delivering the Europa League title in his first season in England.

The Chelsea legend argued that the two parties do not look ready to part ways but the manager is only being frustrated by the criticisms on the job that was allowed to go out of hand.
However, Gus Poyet said it would be a good opportunity for Frank Lampard to have a feel of the job, noting that he has got no option than to jump at it when it comes, but he must be prepared for the challenge as well.
Maurizio Sarri joined Chelsea in the last summer transfer window but it was not all smooth for him.
