Spanish La Liga giants Real Madrid have been told the required transfer fee to secure the signing of Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba this summer.

According to the publication from the Daily Mirror, Manchester United are playing hardball with Real Madrid on Paul Pogba.

It was further revealed that the Red Devils have slapped a £150m transfer fee on the French World Cup winner.

Paul Pogba became a World Cup winner last summer as part of the France squad that conquered all before them at the tournament in Russia.

The Manchester United Academy player scored in the final clash with Croatia which ended in a 4-2 win for the French team who secured a second World Cup title.

The 26-year-old has been strongly linked with both Real Madrid and former club Juventus this summer.

The clubs keen on Pogba will have to pay a lot of money to sign him.

Paul Pogba spent four fruitful years at Juventus between 2012 and 2016 before returning to Old Trafford for a then world-record transfer fee of £89m.

Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane wants to sign Pogba this summer having won his battle with the club’s hierarchy who wanted a cheaper option in Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Christian Eriksen.
