Man Utd Star In Line For New £130k p/w Deal Amidst Transfer Worries

Three-time European champions Manchester United have concluded plans to offer forward Jesse Lingard a new contract to secure his long-term future at the club thereby warding off any possible interest in his services from within and outside England.
According to The Sun, Jesse Lingard would be offered a new contract worth £130,000 on a weekly basis and this represents around 25% increase on his existing contract.
The 26-year-old England international will be offered a new deal despite the fact that he still has two years left on his current contract.

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is keen to secure the future of the important players in his team.
Jesse Lingard scored four goals and also provided two assists in 27 league appearances during the just concluded Premier League campaign.
Manchester United have also moved to secure the future of Juan Manuel Mata whose existing contract expires this summer.
The former Premier League champions have already confirmed that they have offered the Spanish international a new deal to stay at Old Trafford beyond this summer.
Mata was not on the list of released players recently unveiled by the club.
The likes of Antonio Valencia and Ander Herrera were on the list released last week.
