Latest reports have therefore revealed that Chelsea are looking the direction of their former manager Steve Holland which has already been hailed as a smart decision.
Steve Holland worked in Chelsea for good seven years before quitting the job in 2017 to be with Gareth Southgate as an assistant in the England national team.
It has been claimed that Steve Holland has a very good relationship with the club and the fans while his knowledge of the team could help drive the club to success.
He has been tipped to also have a good relationship with the players and would work better with younger players like Callum Hudson-Odoi and Tammy Abraham.
