North London giants Tottenham Hotspur are interested in a summer swoop for Leicester City midfielder James Maddison according to the publication from the Daily Mirror.
Spurs are in need of a new midfielder this summer and James Maddison has been identified as the man for the job.
James Maddison has enjoyed a fantastic introduction to the Premier League following his move from the English Championship last summer.
He signed for Leicester City at the start of the season in a deal reported to be around £22.5m.

James Maddison left Norwich City to join the Foxes last summer.
Despite his exit from Norwich City, the Canaries were able to gain promotion into the top flight of English football after winning the Championship title at the end of the just concluded season.
In his first season in English football, James Maddison scored seven goals and also provided seven assists in the Premier League while in the colours of Leicester City.
His performances for the Foxes led to the interest of major Premier League sides like Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United and Arsenal.
Spurs are the most interested of the aforementioned clubs but they have to pay a lot of money for his transfer though Leicester City are not under any pressure to sell him.
