Merseyside giants Everton have slammed an outrageous asking price on star forward Richarlison in a bid to fend off the interest of potential suitors like Manchester United and Spanish champions Barcelona.
This is according to the publication from the stables of popular English news outlet The Sun.
Everton forward Richarlison has been linked with a move away from the club just a season after he joined them from fellow Premier League club, Watford.
Richarlison swapped the Hornets for Everton last summer after an initial transfer fee of £40m was paid as well as add-on fees of around £10m.
The Brazilian international scored 13 goals in 35 appearances for Everton during the just concluded Premier League campaign.
The aforementioned publication revealed that Everton have slapped the asking price of £100m on the Brazilian attacker.
Richarlison has been named in the Brazilian squad for the 2019 COPA America tournament this summer.
The Everton player will be hoping to help Brazil win the COPA America title on home soil.
Manchester United have been linked with a move for Richarlison with the Red Devils keen to bolster their playing squad in the forward positions.
The Red Devils are after the Everton attacker as they try to boost their squad ahead of the new season.
