The English Premier League outfit Man United have been handed the hope of securing the signature of Holland midfielder Kevin Strootman on loan in the coming summer transfer window.
After reports that France international Paul Pogba would be leaving the Old Trafford at the end of the season, the Red Devils have not been settled as they have been working hard to land a perfect replacement for him.
Paul Pogba remains one of United’s most important players at the OldTrafford and it would be a big blow to the team if he leaves without being replaced.
It is therefore reported that the Red Devils will have the opportunity to have Kevin Strootman on loan but that will not happen without facing a fight from Merseyside outfit Everton after they also indicated interest.
Kevin Strootman has been with the French Ligue 1 outfit Marseille since the last summer transfer window but he has struggled to make an impact in the team. While the French side are not willing to part ways with the star player, they are ready to hand him a loan opportunity.
However, manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is reported to have indicated his interest as he is keen to strengthen his squad ahead of the coming season.
