Manager confirms Chelsea, Man Utd and Arsenal £70m target is leaving

The West London outfit Chelsea have been handed a major boost in their pursuit of French Ligue 1 outfit Lille star Nicolas Pepe.

This is after it was confirmed by his manager Christophe Galtier that Nicolas Pepe will be leaving the club now that the season has ended.

The blues team has been handed a transfer ban but they seek an upturn as they approach the Court of Arbitration to appeal the judgment given by the world football governing body.

Therefore, Christophe Galtier has hinted that Nicolas Pepe will be available in this summer transfer window after hinting that a number of Interest clubs are already bidding for his signature.

A number of top European clubs including, Man United, Arsenal and Spanish La Liga club Barcelona are also in the chase for Nicolas Pepe.

It has been suggested that the Star Player will come in to replace Belgium international Eden Hazard who is set to leave the club to join Spanish La Liga outfit Real Madrid after indicating interest to play under his football Idol and manager Zinedine Zidane.

Howbeit, West London outfit will wait for the decision of CAS to be able to know their next step for new additions in the summer transfer window.

Arsenal Have Been Quoted £13.5m For Pacey Midfield Maestro

North London giants Arsenal have reportedly been quoted the sum of £13.5m for Paris Saint Germain (PSG) midfielder Christopher Nkunku.

The Gunners have a long-term interest in Christopher Nkunku especially since Arsenal manager Unai Emery assumed the role last summer.

Arsenal manager Unai Emery penned a two-year deal with the option of a third year to become the Gunners boss as well as the direct replacement for legendary Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger.

Frenchman Wenger stepped down from his role as the Arsenal manager last summer despite the fact that he had one year left on his then contract with the Gunners.

Arsene Wenger left Arsenal after 22 years at the club.

PSG star Christopher Nkunku was previously linked with Arsenal during the winter transfer window in January but the Gunners were unable to secure his transfer partly due to lack of funds.

The latest development on Christopher Nkunku was provided by popular French news portal L’Equipe.

It was revealed that Arsenal will have to pay £13.5m for the transfer of Nkunku who has one year left on his current deal with PSG.

Apart from Arsenal, German Bundesliga club RB Leipzig are also interested in him, though the player will favour a move to the Emirates Stadium to reunite once again having played for Unai Emery when he was the PSG manager.

West Brom Interested In £45,000 p/w Arsenal Player

English Championship club West Brom are reportedly interested in signing Arsenal defender Carl Jenkinson.

The latest reports from the British media revealed that the Baggies want to sign the aforementioned Jenkinson who’s presently on weekly wages of £45,000.

Carl Jenkinson has been at Arsenal since he joined from fellow London club Charlton Athletic.

The Gunners paid €2m to secure his transfer from Charlton Athletic in the summer of 2011.

Carl Jenkinson is a known Arsenal fan and he has been farmed out on loan on numerous occasions.

The 27-year-old spent two years on loan at fellow Premier League club West Ham United in addition to a latter loan spell at English Championship side Birmingham City.

Apart from West Brom, Carl Jenkinson is also attracting the interest of Scottish Premiership champions Celtic this summer.

The Baggies will have to contend with the threat of Chelsea in the quest to sign Carl Jenkinson.

The England international made just nine appearances for Arsenal in all competitions scoring one goal for his beloved club.

Carl Jenkinson was also an unused substitute for the Gunners in the Europa League final which ended on a losing note for the Gunners.

Arsenal were beaten 4-1 by London rivals Chelsea in that final.

Ajax Amsterdam attacker David Neres has reportedly expressed his readiness for a move to the Premier League this summer.

David Neres has had a very good season for his Dutch Eredivisie club and he’s attracting the interest of several clubs on the European football scene.

The Ajax forward talked about the Premier League in a chat with the Liverpool Echo.

According to him, his dream is to play in the Premier League.

The Brazilian has been linked with Premier League sides like Arsenal and Everton.

Apart from Arsenal and Everton, David Neres has been linked with a move to French Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint Germain (PSG) with reports claiming that it will take at least £40m to secure his transfer from Ajax Amsterdam.

David Neres is currently on international duty with the Brazilian national team at the ongoing COPA America tournament in his native Brazil.

The target for David Neres and Brazil is to win the tournament on home soil.

Arsenal have been crying out for a winger and David Neres could be their man.

The Brazilian attacker would be the direct replacement for England international Danny Welbeck if he completes a move to North London.

Welbeck is a free agent after his release earlier this summer.

North London giants Arsenal have revived their interest in Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic during this summer’s transfer window.

Ivan Perisic has been repeatedly linked with a move to North London but the Gunners have not been able to secure his transfer.

The Croatian World Cup star came close to joining Arsenal during the winter transfer window in January.

Arsenal wanted to sign him on loan with the option to sign him permanently in January but Inter Milan opted to retain the services of the player.

As per one of the conditions given by the Nerazzurri, the Gunners needed to pay the asking price for him but the North Londoners were unable to seal the transfer because of finance-related issues.

The Gunners retain an interest in the player currently valued at €45m.

Ivan Perisic didn’t have the best of seasons in the last campaign having returned to Inter Milan from his heroics with the Croatian national.

The winger was an integral part of the Croatian team that stunned the world by reaching the final of the 2018 FIFA World Cup tournament.

Ivan Perisic was on target for Croatia in that final as Croatia lost to eventual champions France via a 4-2 win in their final clash last summer.

North London giants Arsenal are reportedly eyeing a move for highly rated RB Salzburg midfielder Dominik szoboszlai during this summer’s transfer window.

According to the latest reports emanating from the media in the United Kingdom, the Gunners are eyeing a £9m bid for the player.

The Gunners need a replacement for Aaron Ramsey and they have identified young Dominik Szoboszlai.

The 18-year-old scored five goals and also provided six assists in 21 games in a competition for RB Salzburg during the just concluded season.

Szoboszlai is also attracting the interest of other major European clubs like German Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund and Italian Serie A champions Juventus.

The RB Salzburg midfielder could be the man to replace Aaron Ramsey at Arsenal after the exit of the Welsh international star.

£50m Ramsey is expected to join Italian Serie A champions Juventus at the start of next month.

The 28-year-old will join the Old Lady on a free transfer after the expiration of his contract at Arsenal.

The Welshman spent ten years at Arsenal and his time at the club yielded three FA Cup titles under the guidance of former boss Arsene Wenger.

North London giants Arsenal are reportedly holding out for around £45m for midfielder Lucas Torreira who has publicly spoken about his struggles with life in the United Kingdom since his move to North London last summer.

According to the publication from the stables of the Daily Mail, the Gunners want more money than the £35m offer from Italian Serie A giants AC Milan who are keen to sign the combative midfielder.

AC Milan have appointed Marco Giampaolo as their new manager after he impressed as the Sampdoria boss.

He has previously worked with Lucas Torreira at Sampdoria before his move to Arsenal last year and the Italian tactician wants to reunite with his former player.

Lucas Torreira became an Arsenal player at the start of the just concluded season when the Gunners paid £26m for him in three installments.

The 23-year-old played 50 times for Arsenal in all competitions last season including the Europa League final which the Gunners lost 4-1 to Chelsea.

Lucas Torreira is presently on international duty with the Uruguayan national team at this year’s COPA America tournament in Brazil.

His future as an Arsenal midfielder has been questioned after his recent interview about his time in London since moving from Italy last summer.

Arsenal Determined To Sign Kieran Tierney After Opening £15m Bid

Europa League finalists Arsenal are determined to sign highly rated Celtic defender Kieran Tierney during this summer’s transfer window.

According to the Daily Mail, Arsenal have made an opening bid of £15m for the Celtic left-back.

The Scottish champions rejected the first offer from the Gunners with Celtic holding out for £25m for one of their prized assets.

Arsenal manager Unai Emery has identified the left-back position as an area to strengthen this summer despite the fact that he has two senior left-backs in his squad at the moment.

Nacho Monreal and Sead Kolasinac are the left-backs in the Arsenal squad but the Gunners boss has doubts over their ability to play the position effectively.

Arsenal conceded 70 goals in all competitions including a very poor defensive return of 51 goals in just 38 league games and Unai Emery is desperate to address the defensive problem.

The poor defensive showing from Arsenal led to them missing out on the Champions League for next season.

The Gunners finished the season in fifth position and just outside the first four places on the Premier League table thus missing out on Champions League football for the new season.

The poor defensive showing from Arsenal also came to the fore in the Europa League final which they lost 4-1 to Chelsea to miss out finally on Champions League football next season.

Spanish La Liga giants Atletico Madrid are reportedly eyeing a move for Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin this summer.

This is according to the publication from the stables of The Telegraph which revealed that Atletico Madrid are ready to make a bid for the Spanish international player despite the fact that Bellerin is just recovering from a serious knee injury.

Hector Bellerin suffered the knee injury during the Premier League clash with London rivals Chelsea last season.

His injury was the only blemish as Arsenal beat Chelsea 2-0 at home to claim bragging rights.

Atletico Madrid will also offer winger Vitolo as part of their bid to sign Hector Bellerin.

Vitolo is not a stranger to Arsenal boss Unai Emery who worked with him while he was the manager of Spanish La Liga club Sevilla.

Vitolo and Unai Emery won three successive Europa League titles with Sevilla between 2014 and 2016.

Atletico Madrid need a new right-back after long serving player Juanfran left the club this summer at the end of his contract.

New Juventus player Aaron Ramsey has reportedly been given a shirt number ahead of his unveiling billed for the Juventus Stadium next month.

This is according to the publication from Tribal Football which claimed that the former Arsenal midfielder will wear the same jersey number eight at his new club.

Aaron Ramsey wore jersey number eight while he was at Arsenal till this summer and the Welsh international star is expected to continue with the same shirt number at the Juventus Stadium.

The Welshman will officially join Juventus on a free transfer on the 1st of July.

Ramsey ended his ten-year stay in North London this summer after his Arsenal contract expired.

He has agreed on a four-year deal with Juventus worth £400,000 on a weekly basis thus making him the highest paid player amongst the British footballers.

Aaron Ramsey joined Arsenal as a teenager in 2008 when the Gunners won the race to sign him from Welsh club Cardiff City ahead of Premier League rivals Manchester United.

The North Londoners paid £4.8m for his transfer and he turned out to be a very good signing for the Gunners.

Aaron Ramsey ended his Arsenal career with three FA Cup titles and two FA Cup final winners.
