The West London outfit Chelsea seem to be the most ambitious club ahead of this coming summer transfer window but that is obviously being threatened at the moment as they might not land a single deal.

The Blues team have been linked with a number of names, most of which are big money deals with suggestions that the owner will sanction most to ensure they compete in the coming season, especially now that they have been able to secure qualification to the Champions League with a top-four finish.

However, there are fears that all of these might no longer happen as it is clear that the Bleus team are yet to be granted the permission to register any new player after the transfer ban that has been placed on the team.

The West London outfit were accused of going against the transfer rules which made the world football governing ban them from registering any player for the next two transfer windows.

Meanwhile, they have headed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport where the final appeal would be heard and that is expected to determine if the Blues team will fulfill their ambition of having a robust team and winning titles in the coming season.
