Five-time European champions Barcelona have set the transfer fee for flop Philippe Coutinho according to reports coming out of the media in Spain.
Philippe Coutinho has struggled to impose himself on games involving Barcelona since his move to the Nou Camp during last year’s winter transfer window.
According to the specific report from Spanish media outlet Sport, Barcelona have reached the decision to sell Philippe Coutinho this summer and an £86.8m transfer fee has been set for him.
Manchester United are one of the clubs interested in the former Liverpool player who’s likely to bring an end to his Barcelona spell in the next few weeks.
Apart from the Red Devils, Chelsea and Paris Saint Germain (PSG) are also interested in signing Coutinho.
The Brazilian international has been linked with a return to Liverpool as well but that transfer is largely impossible due to the manner of his exit in January 2018.
Liverpool were reluctant to let him join Barcelona and he had to force through a move to the Nou Camp.
Philippe Coutinho is presently out of action as a result of the thigh injury that he sustained on Sunday.
He will miss the next two weeks as a result of that injury.
