The English Premier League outfit Chelsea must have made up their mind on the signature of Brazilian international Philippe Coutinho from the Spanish La Liga outfit Barcelona ahead of the summer transfer window.

The Blues team are set to part ways with their star player and Belgium international Eden Hazard at the end of the season which makes it a must to bring in a replacement as good as his level.

From every indication, Eden Hazard will be heading to the Spanish LA Liga outfit Real Madrid as he is keen to work under his football idol, Zinedine Zidane.

However, Philippe Coutinho has been named as the best replacement in the mark for Eden Hazard knowing that he has got a reputation in the English Premier League when he was with Liverpool.

Philippe Coutinho left Liverpool barely a year ago and he has not had it good since he joined the club which s the reason why he seeks to leave.

The West London outfit are therefore ready to hand him an escape route which has been accepted by the La Liga outfit but on the condition that his price tag of £100 million would be met after they had paid £142 for his signature.
