Man United legend Gary Neville has confessed to have rated the Merseyside outfit Liverpool team lower than they are after seeing them compete for the English Premier League until the last match day of the season.
Man City won the Premier League title for the second successive year with a point above Man City on Sunday ahead of the Liverpool team that earned 97 points and lost only one game in the entire season.
Gary Neville stated that he never rated the Reds team to be able to fight until the end but to his surprise, they have been able to prove him wrong because he never thought that the squad was has got what it takes.
However, he stated that just like the Barcelona team under Pep Guardiola, he expects the Reds team to dominate and win titles in the coming season as he noted that the Champions League title could still be their own.
Meanwhile, all hope for a title is not lost for the Jurgen Klopp team as they have the Champions League to fight for and it could be theirs.
The Reds boss Jurgen Klopp has also not won a title since he arrived at Anfield but that is expected to change soonest.
