The West London outfit Chelsea were lucky to have secured the signature of American Christian Pulisic in the last January transfer window from German Bundesliga outfit Borussia Dortmund as it would have been impossible if they had waited until now.

This is because of the obvious reason that the Blues have been handed a transfer ban by the world football governing body FIFA for going against the transfer rules as regards players who are still minors.

Therefore, the West London outfit will not be able to sign a new player until after the next two transfer window which remains a big blow to them.

However, Chelsea were able to capture Christian Pulisic for a few of about £57.6 million but he was loaned back to complete the season with German side and he is now set to return to his new owners.

The 20-year old has now bid goodbye to the German League as he looks forward to playing in the English Premier League which he has always watched as a young player on television.

Christian Pulisic is known to be one of the hottest prospects in Europe but has not been a regular in the Borussia Dortmund team so far this season.

He has been tipped to step in the shoes of Belgium international Eden Hazard who is also on his way to join the Spanish La Liga outfit Real Madrid at the end of the season.
