West London outfit Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri has spoken on the need for his team to add more players in the coming summer transfer window so that they will be able to challenge in the coming season.

The Blues team are lucky to have broken into the top-four in the Premier League table which means they will be able to compete in the Champion League next season and that calls for a bigger challenge for the team with the need of more quality players.

Maurizio Sarri has, therefore, noted that there is a need for his team to add more players. According to him, he does not believe in adding 10 players in a transfer window but noted that one or two additions would be okay for his team to get their balance.

The former Napoli boss noted that this season was a difficult one because he struggled with his team to cover the gaps in the team which needs to be corrected,.

However, it is unsure if the Italian boss will have the opportunity to achieve his wish as the team has been handed a transfer ban from the next two windows.

FIFA has insisted on their stand but gave Chelsea the opportunity to appeal at the Court of Arbitration of Sports, CAS.
