It has been confirmed, according to reports that Belgium international and West London outfit Chelsea star Eden Hazard would be joining the Spanish La Liga outfit Real Madrid at the end of the season.

The latest report claims that an agreement has already been reached with the star player and the Blues team on the deal with an announcement expected to be made as soon as the season ends.

Eden Hazard has been in great form for the manager Maurizio Sarri team this season as he has contributed more to the goals for the team and that is expected to be repeated at the Bernabeu in the coming season when the deal has been sealed.

However, it is claimed that the announcement could be made earlier if the Blues team fail to reach the finals of the Europa League after they played a 1-1 draw against German Bundesliga outfit Frankfurt.

Meanwhile, Eden Hazard has been tipped to replace Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo at Real Madrid after he left the club to join Italian Serie A Champions Juventus in the last summer.

But manager Zinedine Zidane has admitted that Eden Hazard will not be able to replace Cristiano Ronaldo at the club despite being a great player.
