English Premier League outfit Southampton are hoping that they can land West London outfit Chelsea youngster Martell Taylor-Crossdale in the coming summer transfer window.

Martell Taylor-Crossdale has impressed in the Blues in the youth team but that has not earned him a place in the manager Maurizio Sarri team.

There are suggestions he would seek a move away from the club because he wants to have regular playing time and Southampton are ready to hand him that opportunity as they hope to strengthen in the coming summer window.

Martell Taylor-Crossdale’s contract with the Blues team expires at the end of the season but no deal has been agreed between the two parties and that is being monitored by Southampton.

It has been claimed that Taylor-Crossdale is, as per the report, held in high esteem by coaches at the West London club, but his future is currently under scrutiny ahead of the upcoming transfer window.

However, Southampton are faced with big competition for Martell Taylor-Crossdale from Bristol City but a deal could happen at the end of the season but the club is bent on having him ahead of other suitors as soon as the coming summer transfer window is opened again.
