The West London outfit Chelsea are currently under a transfer ban which will stop them from registering any new player in the next two windows but that will not stop them from considering additions as they hope to appeal the ban.
Chelsea were accused of breaking the FIFA transfer rule regarding the signature of foreign players who are below 18 and they are currently making efforts to have it appealed.
However, Youcef Atal is a major target for the West London outfit as they hope to and him after being impressed with his quality and performance when the court visited French Ligue 1 outfit Nice.
Although, former Arsenal player and Nice boss Patrick Vieira has already affirmed that Youcef Atal is not for sale and will not be allowed to leave the club but the Blues team are insisting that he will be a Stamford Bridge player next week.
Youcef Atal is known to be a player of big quality and he is versatile in the defensive role which makes him an asset to any club that lands him in the summer transfer window.
However, the Algerian international will feature on the coming 2019 AFCON competition and more of him would be seen.
