Done Deal: Paul Pogba Agrees £10m Salary To Join Real Madrid
Controversial Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has agreed on personal terms with reigning European champions Real Madrid ahead of a potential summer move.
This is according to widespread reports coming out of the Spanish media.
The specific report from AS claimed that the French World Cup winner has agreed an after-tax salary of £10m per annum with Real Madrid as he draws nearer to the exit door at Manchester United.
The Red Devils are reluctant to lose their prized asset but the player has other ideas and he has set his sights on a dream move to the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu.
Paul Pogba had previously admitted that a transfer to Real Madrid would be stuffs of dreams for him.
His form has dropped in recent weeks and the questionable form has coincided with transfer talks involving Real Madrid.
Paul Pogba didn’t have the best of starts this season but he was able to salvage the poor start with some impressive outings upon the appointment of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as the Manchester United manager in place of the sacked Jose Mourinho who didn’t see eye-to-eye with the French midfielder.
In total, Pogba has scored 13 goals in the league this season in addition to nine assists.
He was recently named in the PFA Team of the Year.
